I had the honours of doing some custom-made visuals for the DONAU, probably one of the most interesting bars/clubs in the city of Vienna. They have a really stunning projected wallpaper that changes every single day. Also the best sausage stand in town is inside the location (right next to the bar), and every single day of the week there is a different DJ (mostly Techno though) spinning the plates.

Thanks go to Thomas & Robi who taught me how to program stuff like this.

An interactive installation, planned and built for the “Werkschau” at the Schmiede Hallein.
The installation focuses on making a persons movement through a random and empty space audible in a poetic way.
This serves as a metaphor for the energy of all life on earth: the movement of mass itself.
Done in vvvv / midiyoke / ableton live.

The poster and handmade flyers (500 pcs.) for the annual exhibition (”Werkschau”) of the Multimediaart study course. Done in collaboration with Martin Wörister, a super-awesome illustrator. We also fabricated some oldschool website together.

Downsampling

The reduction of volume (time/amount of pictures) and quality (color/lightness) of the photographed movie creates a gap between the original media and the shown imagery. This gap spans so far that interpretation of the single images becomes necessesary. With every transfer from one type of media to another a new imaginary tale is created and the old one is forgotten.

The Zone / The Room
